Home Away From Home

When your four-legged family member needs a home away from home, Canine Cowboy is just the place – our dog boarding provides an enriching, fun and laid-back environment where your dog can hang out with friends (human and animal).

Let us play with, pamper and belly-rub your dog while you’re away. Our state-of-the-art dog boarding facility in Aubrey is a genuine pet resort, and we’ll provide you with photo and video updates throughout your dog’s stay so you can keep tabs on your furry family member from across town or across the world.

We Offer:

A kennel-free environment, because we know your pooch needs space to play, lounge or observe
Expertly trained staff members who work with dogs of all activity levels, play styles and temperaments
Ample playtime, including spacious outdoor play areas, a ball pit, a sandbox and DogTV
Your dog’s choice of a dog bed, sofa or daybed for naps and bedtime

why choose us

Canine Cowboy offers a fun, safe, and kennel free environment for your dogs to run around and play. Giving you the peace of mind to enjoy YOUR vacation while they enjoy theirs!

Family Values

We are a small business located in Aubrey. We aim to provide the same care we would provide to our own pooches so you can enjoy your time away.

Personalized Experience

We ensure all dogs receive attention and care at all times. Staff remains on site at all times.

Professional Care

We take many precautions to ensure the safety and comfort of your dog at all times.

We want to meet you!

Let’s do a meet-and-greet! We’ll get to know your dog so we can assess his or her play style, temperament, age and size – that way, we know which dogs your pup will bond with best. The meet-and-greet will last between two and three hours. After the meet-and-greet, you can pick up your pooch and book his or her stay, provided that your dog meets these criteria:
Current on Bordetella, distemper and parvo, and rabies vaccinations
Spayed or neutered (if your dog is over 6 months of age)
Current on oral or topical flea and tick prevention (no flea collars)
Friendly and non-aggressive toward people or other dogs
